              INTRODUCTION HI , I am NAVISH PATWAL  class X , INDIA It all started when i was at 9th  class and one of my friend recommend me . Then it changed my whole life and destroyed me.       I didn’t quit Instagram because I was strong. I quit because it was destroying me — silently. Every scroll made me more distracted. Every like made me chase fake validation.
